Not many tractors to buy anymore around here, but I ran into some nice old cars lately. Here's a 1988 monte carlo with 25160 original miles. It came from a friend of mines estate. He bought it for his wife and she never liked it,said it was to long. She passed away several years ago and him last year.

My first, second and third cars were all Monte Carlos. I still drive #3 (1985 supersport) and Mom still drives #2.(1978).

I wanted the Supersport when they came out. I was about 16. About 10 years later, 1995, I got my 1985.

Enjoy yours. Wish mine still had that low mileage.
 
Very nice Monte Carlo! Last November I spotted a 93 98 Olds. Didn't need another vehicle but always liked the looks of the 90s 98s. Been very happy with it as it gets 21-22 mpg on E-30 ethanol. 28-29 on a trip and all the 90s luxury. Great car!
 
Nice looking MC. Had a 85, non SS, bought with bad 4.3L engine and tranny.
I ran a auto machine shop so put together a low budget 350 with lots of my labor and knowledge of old school hot rodding.
Left the 4.3 on rear deck lid.
Was fun out running most anything :)
Never found out what top end was :(
 
I had an 83 Monty SS Blue and white, bought it with low mileage when it was only a year or two old, just sold it a couple years ago. Really enjoyed the car but it was time to get rid of it. Still see it on the road and the young guy that bought it loves it.

At various times, we had both a '76 and '78 Monte.

When I sold the '76, it went to a female high school student. At her school, a student wasn't part of the "in" crowd unless they were driving a Monte Carlo.
 
Nice clean Monte. You don't see many of those around Ohio any more.

I've got a G body as well, but mine was pretty rough before I went through it. Been sitting in garage for a couple years now. Friend of mine said he could get me a new battery for free, so I'm planning on getting it out soon.
