Anybody have s shitzu AKC dog-do they have a history of genetic problems?

Any more about any purebred dog has genetic problems. In production animals form follows function. In dogs it's all about breed standard which might not be making any positive contributions to the dog's health. Sometimes I wonder if the AKC is taking bribes from the Veterinaries to breed problems into dogs that they can fix and increase revenue

In my opinion people that lust after AKC dogs so the can throw them in with another AKC dog to produce more AKC pups are a sorry bunch. 99% of AKC dogs are never shown nor used for anything besides pets and puppy factories. I have til yet have the owner of an AKC pet give me logicial reason papers are nessary.

I've read dalmations are so in-bred they get lost at the end of a leash.
