International 240 Utility Hydrolics

I have a 240 that is mixing the hydrolic fluid into the oil, Took the pump off to see if it is mixing at gear not for sure. had the same problem fixed a year ago, it worked fine until had to use a little more. Hate to send to shop every year to get fixed, anyone have a suggestion how to fix :?:

First of all your FIX last year most likely was not a true fix. Most mechanics see that the fluid I going in around the pump shaft so they pull the gear and replace the seal. THAT most of the time will buy a few months but is not a FIX. That shaft seal only seals drip pressure. The end plates get wore in the pump and hydraulic oil is building pressure where there is not supposed to be pressure, so replacing the seal does not completely stop your problem. Solution is replace the pump UNLESS you have a good pump repair shop. Most times the repair requires re surfacing the end plates in the pump and cost will be more than the cost of a new pump. BTDT

So that is probably why I have a heat problem with the hydrolics, tends to warm up thought I needed to put some kind of cooler on it.
