wow that tow/boom is way back on that truck wouldn't lift much with out raising the front wheels that way

When is the museum open and where is it in Michigan?

It is about 17 miles North northeast of Kalamazoo. West of Hickory Corners about two miles. The museum is open nearly everyday except major holidays. A great place to stay near there is Bay Pointe Inn on Gunn Lake but you will need reservations as they book up in the summer with weddings. A GPS is a wonderful asset to have when driving in that area as there are many lakes and the roads have a lot of curves and hills and none run straight.

Didn't crawl under, but, both axles had differentials.

It was a pretty long truck, plus it probably only had to pickup a Model A (not exactly a heavy weight). BTW, the winch was a hand crank.

You must be thinking of some place else. There are some real deep pockets behind this and it has been a success ever since it was started. Many of the cars in these buildings are appraised for over a million dollars each. Some are considered priceless. Think of that Bendz that was the first car ever produced. Kind of like the Mona-Lisa.
