With glyphosate you will need something on the line of the Hypro 6500XL, don't have to be this brand. If not that type, make sure you clean it extra good. I have a pump in the shop that I washed out every time I used it, can't get bearing out. I began breaking the housing, so bought a new pump.

I don't think it will have enough capacity for that big of a nozzel. A nozel to do that coverage has to be quite large. Do they have one for 20-30' coverage? Might work with one that size. I would not have a boomless because I think too hard to get proper coverage.

I would recommend a centrifical pump like in the link below. I use a hydraulic Ace but others are good also. The pump portion is the same just the driving method is different.

Reason I say Centrifical is you can dead head without issue. Your roller pump is a positive displacement and the fluid needs someplace to go when you shut off the boom.

One other note, if you are gonna use it with roundup make sure the pump you get is cleared for it. If you are trying to use a old roller pump that you have laying around it won't work. Roundup will have a chemical reaction with steel or iron and will do bad things. Steel pumps approved for glysophate are stainless steel lined.

I should add that the prices in the link I posted have a 40% discount for everyone so don't get scared off by that.
