Hydraulics noisy all of a sudden

Cool morning about 50 degrees, fired up the Int 826 and hooked to discbine. Hydraulics howled like when it is 20 degrees. Let it warm up but howling didn't stop, even got louder. Made one round around a big field and headed back to the shop. Topped
off the hytran as it was just above "add" on the dipstick. Helped some but still howls when you steer quick. Could it be a hydraulic filter or something more serious? Tractor has 4400 hours.

You might have gotten some air into the system. Once it is in there, it wants to foam and cause cavitation - which is the noise you hear. It then takes a while for the air to bleed out.
