HELP 830 case diesel

I have Google and searched everywhere for weeks now to no end. Hoping someone on here can help me out. I have a 830 case diesel tractor with a front end loader. hadn't been ran in a while, tried to start, starter was bad had it rebuilt, then it would engage hard like it should but motor is froze up. happened long time ago on this tractor and I was able to break it free with a big pipe wrench on the crankshaft. the oil is clean with no water, one time this tractor had sat for 5 years and I literally jumped the starter and it fired right up. that was when I had bought it. it hasn't sat very long since it had been ran, no reason for it to be seized up. how should I break it loose? it would be difficult to pull because of the loader in the way and constantly on the ground, not possible to lift it without it running obviously. and I know someone will probably say "tear her down and rebuild the engine" but looking for another option.

Most of the time you can pull a loader tractor if you hook a chain high to the front of the tractor and under the loader bucket, when the chain tightens it will lift the loader.
I have loosened them with a wrecking bar prying on the ring gear through the starter hole. First try to back up the engine some before turning the right way. You should make sure there is no stuck valves, first.
If your 830 is a case o matic, no need to pull start it.

are u keeping the exhaust covered when not in use? tractors dont just sieze up if looked after. very bad idea to pull a stuck tractor and dump the clutch. you will damage other things. have seen it happen. best is to get some lube in the cyl's first. be patient and give it time.

Like Dave said, jack up one rear wheel, put it in high gear, try rocking the wheel backward.

It could be liquid locked if it's been rained in of has a head gasket leaking. If liquid locked, need to pull the glow plugs or injectors, get it turning with the starter. That would also give access to get some ATF in the cylinders if it's rust stuck.

actually not sure if it's a case o matic or not. isn't that the 2 speed shift where you have 2 shifters? all it has is one shifter believe it's 8 speed.

actually, the exaughst is well covered and no head gasket leaking I'm sure water/coolant would have been in the oil. it's not even milky. I will try to pull the injectors and soak cylinders with ATF, is there an easier way to access the pistons for oiling? would it help to drop the oil pan? if I remember right the oil pan is above the belly pan and part of the loader apparatus therfore difficult to remove without removing a lot of other things. if I can get lube to the cylinders then I will jack up one side and try rocking the tire backwards. I have an idea to attach a chain around one side of the wheel to my cherry picker and try turning it upward by jacking it. slow but should work hopefully, it will be a pain trying to get one of my floor Jacks under just one back wheel but I'm willing to try anything at this point, was literally ready to haul it to the scrap yard out of frustration the other day. had a 2 cyl. John deere 60 lock up and simply pulled the front of the gear box open giving access to the 2 horizontal pistons, soaked them in atf, and broke it loose with a big bar and a cheater pipe. ran fine ever sense lol

If it's liquid locked it would be a whole lot easier to use the de-compressor lever than removing injectors. Removing the starter and prying on the ring gear will do more than rocking the wheel in road gear which is over to the left and up. If it has another lever on the steering column besides the throttle that hangs down it's a jerk-o-matic. Better check to see if the rack in the pump is stuck before you start it or be ready to hit the de-compressor or cut the fuel line if it runs away.

Make sure the starter drive has not gotten misaligned and stuck in the flywheel ring gear. Common problem with older Farmall tractors and the engine is locked from turning when it happens. Just something easy to double check.
