Just FYI, and I have no financial interest in this. But I heard someplace that cavitation was bad outside the cylinder liners, on diesels, so I went to O'Reilly's and bought a little jug of Hy-Per Lube diesel super coolant, recommended for lowering the coolant temperature, made in USA. It is for stopping corrosion, lowering the temperature, and preventing cavitation. Poured half of it into the radiator of my MF-240S. Now I do not have actual temperature markings, just idiot colors, as do we all nowadays. But by golly the Perkins AD3-152 really runs significantly cooler. It is noticeable. I'd guess 15F cooler. The stuff might actually stop corrosion and stop cavitation. Don't know how long it lasts, dunno anything about it, and my natural scepticism is still live and well, but the stuff seems to be OK. Just FYI.
