ih 574 help needed

I was changing the hydraulic oil for a neighbor in a 1971 IH 574 (British Made) and these come out with the oil, their about a inch long. Anyone know what they might be from? I got the draft control cover off and nothing else was in the range box, it was actually very clean.

Here it is I hope.

Just roughly perusing through the 574 parts pictures. That is obviously a needle from a needle bearing, and needle bearings were used in that tractor on: reverse idler shaft, clutch input shaft at trans end, countershaft, I PTO shaft, and on the main shaft in one range of serial numbers. Lots of fun places it could have come from. I would have thought you'd hear it if it was real bad, maybe not though...
