Settling my dad's estate, what would be a price range on this tractor? My great-granddad bought it new. For last 30+ years has been in a garage. Do not think it has been started for many years.

This is a hard question to answer without pictures/other info. Have you tried to turn the engine over or start it? Do all the tires hold air/what condition are they in?
Was it restored or is it rusty? Condition of sheet metal? Etc.

If you can answer any of these questions and post some pictures it will help greatly in determining a reasonable price range.

I think I've uploaded pictures.
The tires seems to be holding air okay. We have not put any in them, and if the pictures come through, you will be able to see. We have not tried to start it, no one I have around me is talented enough for that.

I've added some pictures and think I've answered the questions. In my opinion, it's not rusty. Hopefully the pictures will be able to better show the condition. Being in a garage for these 30+ years has preserved it, I believe. Since we had to take it out, we have kept it covered with tarps. (last 6 months)

That tractor is a family heirloom. It is a shame there is no family member that
would keep it. It must be hard to have to sell it. Ben

it would be worth a lot more if it was an original tractor. this one has had a poor paint job which devalues it greatly. if the tractor was never touched , and original original then its worth some money. but once they are painted like that it makes it about 1000.00 tractor.

Based on the pictures and information you have given us, I would start at around $1500 if the engine turns over, though you might be able to go a little higher. If it doesn't turn over, then probably around $1000.

If you use the hand crank on the front you should be able to tell if the engine is stuck or free. Another way to tell is to slowly tow it in gear behind a truck and let the clutch out. This will tell you both if the engine is free and if the clutch works.

Personally I would keep the tractor if I were you and get it running, considering your great grandfather bought it new.

If you still want to sell it, may I ask where are you located? I might be interested in it if you aren't too far away.
