Need advise on a starter screw up

Planter has low rate augers, my cloudy memory thought reg rate augers, and set as such, acres later, starter left in wagon and acres on monitor didnt add up to what was supposed to be put down. Was about 45%-50% of target of 200#. any advise or knowledge of what to expect? This was in no till bean ground, good fertility, 55-60 degree soil. Old manual had right column highlighted, new manual will be marked tonight for future operators

If it was me, I'd wait till rain is forecast and spread another 125 pounds of urea on top.

I think jdseller doesn't put down any starter.
I don't see any difference when I forget to start the pump on a pass.
