Jeff's ex BIL has procured his milking equipment and a bulk tank for his dairy goat operation. He has found a barn he can use. Not a great barn and it needs a few repairs, but the repairs are fairly inexpensive and it will serve the purpose. As I see it, his big stumbling block is going to be coming up with the rubles to set up the truck to haul his milk to the processing plant. The price he was quoted was quite reasonable, but still a substantial amount. Since the lad is a bit of a hustler, I'm sure he will work something out. Lol!
