Why is water blowing out my exhaust on my JD 2010

I had a couple of stuck glow plugs and none of them were any good, I pulled all four of the turbulence chambers mainly to get the two that were swelled and stuck out, of course once I got them pulled out (Turbulence Chambers) I had a lot of carbon built up on them so I cleaned and cleaned on them to get all the carbon build up off, once I had them cleaned I replaced the O-rings on all four and the glow plugs. I put everything back in my JD 2010 (Built in 1963), when I went to start it a large amount of yellow water from my Antifreeze came blowing out the top of the exhaust pipe (I had not set the Muffler back on top of exhaust pipe). My question to everyone, why did my antifreeze come out the exhaust pipe I don't understand what happened.

I'd suggest to remove cyl head and have it checked for cracks & levelness. 2010 diesel cylinder heads have a long history of cracking.

As I stated on the other 2010 thread and no disrespect , insult or slight intended .
The diesel 1010 and any 2010 is a challenge for the dedicated and experienced tractor owner and requires deep pockets.
You could possible consider calculating the time and cost to keep the 2010 vs trying something else .

DO NOT PULL the head yet. Did you replace the copper washers between the head and the turbulance cambers? Rebuilt a 2010 Diesel last week. The copper washers seal the compression from the water jacket.
