Burton Cotton Gin Festival show (pics)

I hauled to the show in spite of warnings of a flood of biblical proportions. That didn't happen but is still in the forecast. Small turnout, more old cars than tractors but in a barn on the grounds I found this character. The character sitting in the chair is me visiting with my nephew. BIL, SIL, nephew and family came out from Houston. I'll post some car pics in Tales.

Hey John. Sorry to hear of the low turnout. One of our club members was gonna be there with some hit n miss engines. We are going to Fredericksburg in June for that show. Quite a few of our members are going to it. See you there. Mike
 
One interesting thing was that I had my MF 50 and in the pulling area there was a MH 50 and a F 40 (wide front). I have never seen all three models at one show before. Wish I could have gotten a picture.
 
Lots of gloom and doom forecast but really very little rain here so far. One of the neighbors had his trailer hooked up ready to take his H to the pull. Not sure if he went or not. All the pic's look good, had some nice trucks there.
 
I just hope the gloom and doom misses us on the 30th. Moravia is one of my favorite shows.
