Live in western ky. Several farmers started in mid march. Several of the big farmers are almost done.

In this area most of it gets put in in the fall. The boss likes to do his in the spring. So I'm on his fields.

Lots going on here in So. Mn. I side dress mine. Saw a couple fields planted already. With forcast being what it is, I might plant end of next week.

I really believe putting it on in the fall creates to much loss if the winter is warm, why waste the money.

Sure wish there was more side dressing here as in years past. Since most guys went to other forms of N the burrowing critters are taking over. Moles, gophers etc everywhere now.
