For better or worse, the check is in the mail for the new to me Ford 4600. The current owner agreed to take a personal check, so I just mailed it to him. The haule is scheduled to pick it up late Tuesday morning, and deliver it midday on Wednesday. $6620 delivered to my farm in East KY from Maryland.

Looks like the 7310 loader or the next series before that. Seriously considering a 7310 for my 4630 with the carrera (Sp)/ front axle. Also considering a dedicated loader tractor, of the industrial variety, or a T.L.B. as that would be very useful, and eliminate the loader wear on the 4630. Congrats, should be a good choice.

It's amazing all the FEL tasks that were performed before MFWD became the rage. It's a wonder the livestock got feed before tractors had MFWD. :wink:

Got by with two wheel drive pickups for a lot of years. Now I wonder what we did without it.

Im not currently feeding anything. Tractor will be used in the hayfield and to load/unload 4x4 and 4x5 rolls. 2wd tractors currently fit my operation very well.
