TSC hydraulic fluid

What is yalls opinion on the hydraulic fluid at TSC? Is the super 303 oil good? It says that it is compatable with all the major brands, but it is the 303 which I always thought was the good stuff, but will it be good for the modern hydraulic systems in the newer tractors

I quit using TSC fluid as I had rusting problems in my cylinder on my forklift. TSC is a big seller of Chinese junk, stands to my reasoning they would also supply cut rate hydraulic fluid. Just my opinion.

I switched to Warren's 303, we'll see.

First off 303 is not for modern hydraulic systems. Their universal hydraulic fluid is the one you should be using. Been using their hydraulic oils for several years. Haven't noticed any problems yet.

AND AS A DEALER I will see three or four failed hydros a year from running non Kubota fluid, was it the fluid or just luck , one will never know. I think If filters and fluid are changed as prescribed one might get by with it, Question becomes is it enough cheaper to take the chance?

303 special purpose is an old old John Deere spec . Hydraulic oils do not have to comply with any api spec either

In winter it's too thick for my Jubilee, 3 pt is too slow. In winter farmall C hyd pump will make a bad captivating sound. I have to use recommended oils in my old tractors.
