International 706 Hydraulic Issue

Having an issue with the hydraulics on my 706. The tractor had been sitting for a couple of months. After we started it up after adding hydraulic fluid. We noticed that the hydraulics and steering are slow to respond as well as surging and pulsing in the steering wheel. We figured that after some use it work itself out, that has not been the case so far. Any help would be appreciated..... Thanks Todd

I believe it will work itself out. Are you going all the way left to right with steering? Then check fluid level again. Maybe need to change hyd. filter. Where did fluid go? If it leaked out maybe
it is sucking air at that fitting.
