Electric fuel pump on skid steer did the trick.

Few days back I posted a problem I was having with my skid steer. Narrowed it down to
the fuel pump. Can't get a pump for a Wisconsin engine anymore, so we were going to
put on an electric pump. Some fellas gave me some good advice on pump flow , and I
would like to say thanks. Got a 2 lb pump ,used a return line , with a restrictor in
there turn line. Trial and error on the return side to get the pump to not
starve/flood the carb. Runs like a champ now. Old pump had disintegrated inside, and
was starving the engine for fuel. It would start and run fine till the float chambers
were empty, then it would starve for gas. Thanks again for the good advise, hard
problem to find. Very happy to retire the Hickory High Lift loader, and the single
wheel dump truck once again. Bruce
