Farming and Repair Methods

(quoted from post at 21:42:26 03/23/16) If we all accomplished a task but used different methods, tools or equipment does that mean we are all wrong?
.
Maybe it means we're all right. I look at a task like a road trip, there are different routes. Some are just shorter than others. The shorter trip may be quicker but the road may be rougher

You'll come home with a lot better stories from the road less traveled. Lee Little can even tell you stories about a road I took in his neighborhood one time. LOL

Great man said don't tell someone how to do something just tell them what the end result needs to be and let them figure it out

Nope, only the guys that half ask a repair only have to do it again more often or muck it up so bad that a new owner will spend lots of dollars and time making it right.

An old neighbor said you can learn a lot from a lazy man. He'll always show you the easiest way to do something.

About the same. Friend of mine today was working on a JD commercial grade Zero turn. The owner let his "friend" try to fix it. He broke mounting bolts off on the engine, trashed the ignition switch, Bent the adjustment screws in the carb, and some other stuff. HOW in the world can an idiot screw so much stuff up???? My friend is pulling his hair out trying to find all of the busted stuff on this machine.
