This hen house my brother helped me build in 2004, I got the windows, door and some of the lumber for free, I painted it to match the color of my house and lawn shed, I had some metal roof panels left over from roofing my barn, so I used it here. The chickens in there now will be going and the chicks will be moving in soon!

You know what else those roost poles are good for? When I was a lad we had a chicken coop with roost poles, but for a time, no chickens. We also had a two-holer (no indoor plumbing). We learned that when the need arose, the roost poles worked just as well as the two-holer, whichever was closest.

No, They go to my friend or to the auction!
I'll admit I don't have the stomach or the know how to butcher chickens

Here is the new one my dad built and I helped him move. The one in the back was our old one and was my sister and I's playhouse when we were younger.

Here's some of ours. Don't have a pic of the whole coop at the moment. Have a little chick house and a big chicken house.

These are my bird houses. The one has the ducks goose and a few chickens and the old travel trailer is the chicken house. Got the old travel trailer for the cost of pulling it home

OK I'll post these again, houses/sheds made out of old chopper boxes and the mixed breed chickens... Have some equipment, but most is buried under stuff.
