can someone tell me the difference between a farmall c and super c

Super C has 123 cubic inches versus 113 in the C, Super also has a water pump, where the C uses thermo syphon cooling, because of the added water pump, the Super C has a taller grille, and
thus the hood and gas tank sit higher by about two inches. Not sure if there are any other differences. I have a Super C and feel that it's one of the most under rated tractors out there,
decent power for it's size, live hydraulics, very user friendly and comfortable to drive. Mine has a three point hitch which makes it even more useful. Great little tractors.

Great info thank you. I thought I had a c but its a super c even better I ordered new freeze plugs for it today thinking it was a c they should fit both ??

SC also has disk brakes, C has band brakes.

Buddy of mine bought a Super C and turned out the only thing Super on it was the decals.

Parts , engines and sheet metal can be changed over the years so relying on ID'ing one by that method may not always work.

Quickest way to ID a C or a super C... C Ser.# started at 501 and will be no more than 5 digits. Super C Ser.# started at 100001 and all will be 6 digits....

Your Super C is a 1951 model. the 1815 is max engine rpm.
