Son wants to go see the stadium for Easter break, I know its the off season, but he is a fan and would take what he can get. Its not really a "destination attraction" is it? I mean going from Mich to there just for that? I'd like to combine something else with it to make the trip worthwhile. Any other attractions there?

I stayed there one night on my way through. There's a casino, that's about all I remember of it. I think I won $8.

I think there is a Packers Museum in the Stadium (might try googling it). I think it is the only Stadium in the NFL that still uses benches to sit on like you would at a high school game. Combine that with the cold, and it sucks as a "viewing experience".

Take your computer and type in and you will find a lot of thing to do around Green Bay. things to do in Green Bay

If I remember it has the train Eisenhower used in ww2. Run up through marinate and check out the fire museum also beaches and lighthouse and especially check out the boats there building for the Navy its hard to believe they built submarines in ww2 and better yet they got them down the Mississippi .packer museum is great especially the memorabilia it's on the north side of the stadium. There was a little mom and pop motel near there great place to stay

I was going to suggest the national railroad museum as well. Can't quite see it all when it's cold out (lots of trains in unheated sheds) but the Eisenhower and some other very impressive trains are in a nice heated area. The kids loved it, and plan to go back again. Appleton also has a museum that covers local history, such as Harry Houdini, Fox harvesting equipment, paper mills, and the first hydro electric dam.

I've never slowed down going through Green Bay but there must be something to do. While I was that close I'd go to Door County right around the corner, been there twice.

I should acc that they are making it a huge attraction. They've always had the packers hall of fame, but it's much larger now than it used to be. There is also a Cabellas right off the highway. Lots to see and do, just depends on where you're coming from and how much time you have.

I second the national railroad museum. A lot of big neat old stuff. When we went well took the ferry across from Ludington. Was interesting. Don't know when it starts up in the spring. Was a museum in i think manitowoc? Could go in a ww2 sub. We also did a little research and found a tractor show going on while we were there. Some good restaurants. Plenty to keep busy. Just might be a little early in the season for some of it.

Heritage hill Historical park is up in GB

In Manitowoc(south of GB where Badger docks in Wi) is Pine Crest, Rohr West Art Museum, and the Maritime with the sub.
Just north of Manti. is Two Rivers with Rodger Street Fishing Village, Farm Museum(small, not much there), Washington House(Ice cream shop and more), and Hamilton Wood type/ Printing museum.

Both Trivers and Manitowoc have some small shops, bars and usual small town stuff.

Don't think the subs went down the Mississippi, I think they went out the St Lawrence Sea way as that's how most of the Salties get into the Great Lakes

I don't think the fire museum is open yet, pretty sure it's memorial day to October 8th. The Peshtigo Fire museum is in Peshtigo about 45 miles north of Green Bay.
