Electronic governor hardware

I got the board today that I want to use for the electronic governor, it is the size of a USB stick. I will need to make a daughter board that contains a voltage regulator and driver IC for the throttle body. I plan to run the wires out and pot the whole thing in epoxy.

But I follow your project closely as sooner or later I am going to need to understand electronics way better than I do.

Hi David, you can buy an external HD drive enclosure with circuit board that takes 12 DC in has 12V & 5V DC and external ON/OFF switch pins. Keep the circuit board for your PS and discard the rest.

Shrinking components are sure popular. My School office HP "Elete Desktop" Computer is I-7 with 16gb with of ram and .5tb hdd, it measures 6.56.5X 1.25 inches thick. I like the processor and agree with the intentions. Do they make a waterproof/resistant USB connector? Jim
