I have a Husqavarna 36 chain saw. It has always started well but I really had to stay on the pipe revving it to keep it running warm. It quit running warm the other day. I cleaned the carb and it starts cold but won't run after it warms or once I take the choke off. I changed the fuel out and cleaned the filter. It revs very high and quits when I try to take the choke off or it warms up to the point where it won't run with the choke.

Ideas?

If you have to adjust a previously good running saw and haven't used any suspect fuel, good chance the crank seals might be going. Not a real expensive thing to replace, but you want it done right and you want it tested before you decide it has to be the seals. Could be a lot of things or just varnish building up in the passages. Keep track of it.
