Great service from Yesterdays Tractor Co.

Poor customer service is so common these days that I feel compelled to praise a company that went over and above to correct an error.

I place an order for several small items and received them promptly however in reviewing the items it was apparent that one item was not complete as pictured on the website. I sent an e-mail to YTC and very quickly got a reply from Damon who explained what had happened from a third party supplier and he promised to rectify the mistake. Three days later I get a priority package with the correct parts, all this for only thirteen dollars worth of parts! Thank Damon and YTC
 
Lots of people are quick to condemn, maybe even sue a company for poor service, it's nice to hear someone "sing some praises" for good service once in a while, GOOD JOB!!!
 
The front hydraulic pump shaft on my "59 Ford tractor stripped. I called everywhere looking for one, finally went into Tractor Supply. He didn"t have one but got on the computer and located one at Yesterday"s Tractor. 3-4 days later I had it and bought the coupler from my good friend at TSC.
 
Nice show, especially for being indoors, (although warm enough to have been outside just as well, but why take the chance in Feb.)met ACRCPA, had some pleasant conversation, spent almost 2 hours there, found out it's their first, hopefully, annual show, judging by turnout and attendance, I'm looking forward to next year, (hope I remember it!).
 
I have to second those paraises. I have bought quite a few parts fron YTD tractor including manuals. Have always received them promptly. One manual was wrong but a call to them and the right manual was on the way with a prepaid box to return the other one. I try to buy whatever I can here to say "thank you" for keeping up a great site
 
I've had good luck in the past.
I e-mailed them a question about a starter for my Super C a month ago. I never did get a response from anyone.
 
I was about to write a similar thread for the same reasons. Recently had two orders for my SMTA. Parts came quick and correct. THANK YOU YT.
Also, thank you for the forum too.
