Poor customer service is so common these days that I feel compelled to praise a company that went over and above to correct an error.
I place an order for several small items and received them promptly however in reviewing the items it was apparent that one item was not complete as pictured on the website. I sent an e-mail to YTC and very quickly got a reply from Damon who explained what had happened from a third party supplier and he promised to rectify the mistake. Three days later I get a priority package with the correct parts, all this for only thirteen dollars worth of parts! Thank Damon and YTC
