Old John Deere riding mower

I just bought an old John Deere riding lawn mower probably from the sixties. The type is 12011 and serial number is 054628M. Looking for any information would be appreciated. If I can figure out how I will try to post a pic.

Give Tractordata a try. It's a great website. Up in the left corner there are tractors and below that are the lawn mowers. John Deere made 229 models of lawn mowers, so it might take a bit to find yours. There's pictures of most of them.
If its old enough to be from the mid 90's or so on back, look under Weekend Freedom Machines. That's a collectors forum.

Thanks for the replies. I found out that it is a John Deere 70 made in 1973 with a 7hp Tecumseh motor. Now to get it running. May be a summer project.
