JD Gurus---

Officially there weren't any 4320's with powershift. I have heard there were 3 or 4 experimentals, but haven't seen any.

As an expermentel maybe but not as a production tractor. There have been a few fake ones put together that people tried to sell as originals. Tom

No, but it leads to an interesting story. I had been told of two 4320 "Powershift" tractors that supposedly existed in the area. I have to wonder as to the accuracy of each story teller but have to allow for maybe a late 4020 that was "built" into a 4320 by adding a turbo plus perhaps some other parts from a salvage yard. I never saw either tractor in person to know what the full story was. The notion of a 4320 powershift was put to rest for once and for all time when I got ahold of a JD price book from the early 1970's that shows no powershift option for the 4320 but did for the 2520, 3020, 4020, etc.. Must be Deere did not expect a high enough sales volume to develop a powershift option for the 4320. It must have been that Deere felt the 4520 and 4620 with powershift were to satisfy the demand for above 100 hp with powershift.
