What's for supper?

It is bitter cold today and will be again tomorrow. We will be having pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and homemade stuffing tonight around 6PM. Chocolate cake for dessert.

#2 son is marinating chicken breasts for the grill tonight, add some spuds and veggies, maybe even a beeeer!

Gosh, chocolate cake with a big ol' ice cold glass of milk, at least a quart sounds good, half gallon even better. Take a bite, drink half a glass, and so on. Num, num, num.

Tonight...stir fry. I've had the fixings for a couple of days, so be it. Tomorrow, ham, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms done in a slow cooker from today, refridged to get the taste just right, reheated tomorrow.

dipped some buffalo wings in batter, 10 minutes at 330 degree oil, and 2 minutes in small pan of sauce. Ice cold long neck ofBud. poured in beer glass with one inch head. One long russet made into fries. WHo needs Hooters?

Got some ham left over,so ham and eggs with fried potatoes and onions. It was that or home made pizza. Might as well get the ham used up.

I can't take my valentine out, although Lord knows she deserves it. I'm still on restricted diet. I'm gonna eat the last of my rotisserie chicken. I was told I could have meat but it had to be tender meat so she stopped and bought one of those supermarket chickens and I have been working on it for three days. One drumstick and thigh left. We are having creamed spinach...I know because I made it. The rest is still up in the air, but I bet it will be good.
