Working on a 1520 just got new injectors for it IT manual says there is supposed to be an extra spacer used on 1520s with High hat injectors. What are High hats? then the new ones say there set at 3200psi manual says 2650psi will they work or do I need them reset? thank you

According to 1520 parts catalog all 1520 utilize the same injectors but there's a serial break for washers utilized shown below.

Using an IT manual is risky compared to a real JD manual. Given the overall cost of owning and operating a 1520. The difference between an IT manual and a JD manual are meagre at best.

Thanks I have the It manual and the original JD tm for the tractor, I don't have the one for JD injectors the JD manual does not
cover injectors. It just says look at tm 2045. The IT manual says 2600=2650psi. The injectors say their 3200 psi at that psi they
will spray finer and use more fuel, no problem I just wonder if the pump can handle it. Roosa Master CB

Unlike other tractor manufacturers JD didn't include very much fuel system info in their standard tractor TM. I wouldn't recommend readjusting the pressure of the injectors. I presume you purchased aftermarket injectors.
