I need a new set of double ring chains - Tire Chains.com (http://www.tirechain.com/Tractor-Tire-Chains.htm) seems to have decent prices. Has anyone ever ordered from them? Just under $300 plus $50 shipping for 14/9-24's.

I ordered chains to replace some old worn out ones. Next year I ordered for my bigger tractor. I like em just fine and was the best deal I could find.

I posted an ad on CL looking for double ring chains for an 18.4-38 tire. A guy called me half an hour after I posted the ad and I bought his nearly perfect double ring chains for his asking price of $250 that night.

Might try that route. I'll wager the chains I bought are made of better quality material than the Chinese chains that website sells.

Me too. I have had a set of their Duo Grip style on the Farmall 300 for 2 or 3 years now and they are great. I have used them on the road (as little as possible but the road runs right through the middle of the place) in the woods skidding logs, plowing snow and they show no signs of wear.
