Finally got the goldenrod mowed

One of my neighbors wants me to re-plant a 10 acre lot that was planted to oats, then left fallow for the last three years. It was thick with goldenrod, and I tried mowing it in the fall, but the radiator would plug up in 10 minutes - last week it finally got wet enough that I was able to get it knocked down.
Of course, bush hogging in 20 degree weather isn't my favorite activity..
