You will love this one !

Now I am not the best when something goes wrong with the computer. Around Christmas the computer had an update that took 4 hours to complete and everything was good, Until I found a problem that I could not figure out. So rather than screw it up worse than it was I took it to the BIG computer store to have the geek squad figure it out before I might have gottin med-evil on it because it would not do what I wanted it to do. Today I took it in to have it looked over, As walked in as a girl fallowed me in, Now I read the sign and signed in on there computer just like the 2' x 4' sign said to do so I was next in line (she did not see it and sat down looking right at the sign). Well the guy called my name and I got up and took the computer to him and started to tell him what was wrong with it when the girl flopped her lab top in front of him looked at me and said this will only take a min and batter her eyes at me. Strike 1 ! She starts telling him was wrong with it, The guy looks peed off about it and she bat's her eyes at him. Strike 2 ! Guy looks at her and says Do you go to UC ? Well yes why? are you in Mr so and so's class? Yes. He said your in your 3 year of a 4 year program for computer science classes for a degree, SO ? Why are you bringing your computer project to me to fix for you ? Well I don't know how to fix it !!!! Strike 3 !! He said you do know I have to call the collage and report this don't you ? Why? You were told you had to figure out and fix the computer as a project for school and were told not to bring it hear or any wear else to be fixed because we would report it to them. Oh come on man , I don't know how this thing work !!!!! Get out of hear now ! She left stomping her little feet all the way out. Can you believe This he said , How dumb do you have to be to bring the computer in hear to me of all people to fix, I am the guy that handed her the computer at the collage for her to fix that she signed for! He said I have been doing this for 4 years and I never for get a face of a student I hand a computer to. Oh he did fix mine by the way! But how dumb do you really have to be to hand the guy that gave you the computer to fix for a class project the computer back to him to fix for you to turn in. I really had to laugh at this one. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! Bandit

GOOD ONE,Little different one, years ago fellow was at counter ( I was somewhere behind) this was a large equipment place guy had waited his turn when this ding a ling, big shot came up and moved his bag of parts and started talking to parts guy. RIGHT ABOUT THEN WHAM AN UPPERCUT (WHOULD HAVE MADE MOHAMMAD ALI TAKE NOTICE) shut the guys lights out and they had to get him some help!!! It was quite an episode for a bit.

That is a good one, I wonder what her folks would say about that.

Maybe if she bat's her eyes enough the collage will give her parents back there money they have spent on her for her schooling. Bandit

What a hoot! Would have been hard to stand there with a straight face.

When in college, son took in several state and national contests in computer trouble shooting. Always placed high, usually won, devistating competition. These contests were through Business Professionals of America.

Uhmmmm... was she blonde? LOL

Sadly no, She was a Brunet. A blond I might have understood her statement. I wonder when she will figure out that the 6'4" gray haired large black man was the same man who handed her the computer in the first place. Bandit

Me and a few other people in there were doing our best not to laugh, But it was hard. But this poor girl did not have a clue the guy she brought the computer to fix was the same guy who gave it to her to fix for the class. And we wonder why the country is in the shape it's in. My uncle has a niece (his side of the family) who went to school for 8 years to become an Enviremental Psycoligist and she has no idea what it's for, It just sounded neat! Bandit

Yea, real funny. I've worked with people like that with "knowledge-less" 4 year degrees in computer science. She'll be laughing all the way to the bank however because they always made a pant load more than me because of that degree no matter how worthless it seemed to be. My wife is the director of Information Technology for a large company. Like me, no college degree, all self taught. She only makes a fraction of what contemporaries with degrees make who know half what she knows. BTW, she makes me fix most of my own computer problems because when she gets home she's sick of looking at computers all day and refuses to help.

Gal took her computer into best buy for the third time. The guy took about 10 min to fix it. When he was done she said if you show me how to fix it I won't have to have you fix it again. He gave her a look and said you can't fix it. It had an ID 10 T error. She left and still hadn't figured it out.

Seems we feel the same way about those pieces of paper but I think a few on here will contest that reasoning.

My favorite.......The trouble is with the interface between the seat and keyboard!LOL

With all due respect, I submit that one girl trying to cheat on her class project is NOT responsible for the shape that this country is in. Credit where credit is due. There are plenty of hard working young folks with a good work ethic. There are also plenty of those who shun work and want to live off the welfare system. BUT, this has been going on for as long as we have been a country. We are just seeing it more because there are more people than there were at Plymouth Rock or Jamestown.
