John Deere R rim

does anyone now if a John Deere R rear rim is a deep well rim or a double bevel rim the tire size is 18.4 X 34 or will both style rims work and whats the difference? thanks for any advise Howard

Well, I've got an R and a 4020, both with 18.4X34 tires. They don't look like they would interchange. But I'm not positive. The R looks to be the drop center type and the 4020 the double bevel type. Someone will surely know for sure.

thanks David I see that M.E. Miller Tire offers both rims just trying to find out what one whould be right for the John Deere R just bought a R tractor missing both back rims owner said they had 18.4 x 34 tires order one from a salvage yard it turns out to be a 38 inch not a 34 inch so its way to big just dissapointed thanks Howard
