861 Fuel Injectors

Can anyone tell me what fuel injectors will work properly in an 861. There seems to be a lot of different numbers tossed around on the net and none match the part number listed in the original Ford Parts List for the 861.

When I get down to my shop this morning, I'll look. I have a set on the shelf that I took out and replaced with new only to find that it was not the problem. What is yours doing that you need new injectors for it?

I have had the tractor about 20 years without any major problems. It started running a little rough and found out it was a pump problem. I have had the fuel pump rebuilt. It is timed correctly and runs ok but not great. Since it has been 20 plus years on the injectors I want to replace them if I can find the right ones.

I would think the original # has been updated thru the years. replacement might not have the same #, probably be reman. but tip size & calibrated to your engine.
