expected 43 degrees here for christmas day only had one dusting of snow so far this yr that didn't last

That's all about to change for us here in the Texas Panhandle starting Saturday. We will dip into the teens and 6 to 10 inches of snow with blizzard conditions Sunday. Winter has arrived.

Winter is here, we have a white Merry Christmas here in West central Iowa. 7 1/5 inches of fresh snow yesterday and a lot of frost this morning.

That is almost funny. Up here in Missouri they are calling for rain Saturday and Sunday with temps above normal for this time of year. Some areas have flood warnings already out since they think some area will get up to and around 10 inches of rain
