Studded snow tires.

I have set of Goodyear Workhorse 235 85 16 studded snow tires that I have on spare set of rims. I put them on 1 Dec every year and off on 16 April . When I took the tires in , two used a little, two new, to have the studs installed the dealer didn't want to do it.He said there will be little rocks in the stud holes and they will work through the casing.
So I took those two tires home and HOURS later I had drilled the rocks out of about 95 % of the holes. The holes that I could still feel rocks in but would not come out I marked with yellow paint. Back for studs in holes except yellow one, and install on Tahoe.
So now 5th winter on them just starting and The Tahoe is sitting real low on the right front corner Flat tire. I marked the six o'clock position, aired it up and rotated the whole wheel so the mark was at 3 o'clock. Set it back down. Been two days and have not lost one lb of air.
Best fix to save $200 tire?

Go figure the rocks will work through the casing but the studs themselves haven't done that in the life of the tire. MN outlawed those in 1973. dad had a pair on the dirt scraper for years.

I had a set of studded tires one time that did just what you are seeing. I put tubes in them and ran them until they were wore out. Never another problem.
