I was just reading this on the net. At least you're only looking for one.
"Ben K. Green wrote "Wild Cow Tales," "Horse Tradin," "The Village Horse Doctor" and "Some More Horse Tradin?"?all of which we read in our youth. We were reminded of Green and his books this week by the tale of 77 year-old British cowboy Michael H. Johnson, who has been after a herd of wild Scottish Highland cattle for two months. The cows once belonged to a neighboring family but 16 of them have been roaming freely for about two years. He?s trapped seven head so far, and he?s had the others in a trap briefly. Johnson says the herd only comes out at night, but they eat hay in the neighborhood, knock over fences and trample gardens."
