Technique for seal installation

Have a 1995 F250 4x4 and the front hub was driven without bearings(not smart). It's a Dana 50 hub but the wear prevents the inner seal from fitting securely. The rest of the hub is okay. Time for a new hub or is there a way to fix it? Thanks in advance!

like nhboyd said, a machine shop may be able to bore it out and press in a sleeve for the seal to fit in if there is enough meat left to allow it to be bored. If it looks like the seal will fit then the wear is probably light enough that this can be done: bore and sleeve. You might just bore it and get a seal with a larger OD but you're setting up the next guy.

Thanks again for the suggestions! I am the "next guy" so I would prefer a long term fix. I'll let you know how it turns out.
