Farmall MD With Stuck Engine

I have a Farmall md with a stuck engine what would you recommend pouring down the stack etc to try and loosen it up?

paint thinner with a small amount of black oil. paint thinner is a cleaner and black oil film will never wash off . I don't know if me or Jim can make your engine turn but have used both and had varying results with both, you pick.

Squirt the ATF in every spark plug hole too, plenty of it. And try to get the compression relief lever to the gas position. When you pull the spark plugs out check for heavy rust and tear it down if you see a lot of rust. No sense in trying to get it to turn if it has had a coolant leak into a cylinder.

First off does it have water in any cylinder??? Why is it stuck has it been sitting a long time or does it have a problem with diesel in the oil??
Lack of info makes it hard to make it so we can help you help your self.
If it was a gas engine I would say fill the cylinder with ATF if they do not have water in them.
If it was a diesel I would say fill the cylinder with a 50/50 mix of ATF and turpentine.
So fill in the gap in your info please

Old,

not sure the guy I got it from said was in a shed, I am guessing it is stuck due to sitting
for quite a while? But that's a guess

In that case pull the plugs and do a wick test of each cylinder and make sure they are not full of water/coolant. If dry then fill them with ATF and let ti sit a week or 2. Put the plugs back in to keep dirt etc out of the cylinders. Then after it has sat that long pull the plugs and use short fast taps on the starter and it is likely to pop free
