Case CK530 Diesel-- hydraulic fluid in starter...

Posted earlier about power issues to the wheels (warming up to get them to turn)-- and it led to thinking about torque converter problems... Found out that the torque converter had little to no fluids in it as we inspected further... Filled to the max mark. Found out why there were no fluids.
The fluid is coming out the starter.
So, we are now trying to find the solenoid "plunger" (which has been discontinued from the sites we looked on)...
"PLUNGER, Part #A40218"
This is for a "Delco Remy Starter 1107516"
We found all the other gaskets that we need, its just this one we need to find...

Also, as long as I am bothering people--
Can't find anything that tells me what marks on the torque tube dipstick means (hot or cold reading? Low mark? Fill to the top mark?)-- there are 3 lines in all.

Thanks

Sorry but you have more problems more than likely the inner seals of the torque are flooding the housing forcing the fluid out the starter. You can put the seals in the starter but doubt that it will fix the problem, most likely will just buy a day or tow at the most.

Maybe the case- I don't know exactly what you mean there.
But, we might as well try the starter first... I know that there was an issue for someone else on here with the same problem (found a thread)- fluid in the starter- and he was getting a replacement starter... Just want to replace the seals for now and see if that works. Work our way toward the more expensive trouble shooting answers.
Thanks for the suggestions.
