I was thinking of trying to use a magnatrac jr. bulldozer to clean out some spots in a barn where a larger tractor won't fit. Do you think it will be any use?

yes-- I've been getting more than my share of pitchfork time in lately and am trying to come up with a quicker way-- saw one of these bulldozer for fairly cheap....

Loved this little thing.

Tracks don't do well on concrete in the long run. Smaller skid loaders are better, I saw a very small older case 1800 something single cylinder, looked good and failed to bring 500.00.

You can get the DIY kjt for $4K . Hard to beat that for a new machine.

Like Nutty stated, the rubber street pads would be needed for on concrete work. Otherwise you will just spin around.

I use an OMC Mustang 310 to clean my barn - will fit thu a 36" doorway. As will a Case 1816 or 1818, New Holland L120, or a gehl 1640E.
