It was my grandpa's. He traded it to me for a parts deere 420. I think it was his way of giving me a tractor without really giving me it. He had just went through the engine. Needed a couple rims and cosmetic stuff. Tore it apart with intentions of painting it myself. Sat for a year and a half and finally hauled it to the neighbor's so he and his grandson could finish it. (They do it for a living) I'm glad I did. They do a great job. I'm sure it's better than I'd of pulled off on my first restore try. Still need to get the lights working and figure out why it's not charging, but turned out great.

Sharp looking little tractor. Now you need to wait until spring to get it out and get it dirty.

Nice looking tractor. You will enjoy it as it is a family tractor. I applaud you for just hiring it done so you can have it now to enjoy. I have put too many projects in my life and I now find I am too old to do many of them. If I had just spent the money and hired it done I could have had years of enjoyment out of some things that I now will more than likely never have.
