anybody know anything about this company located in neche, n.d. . put a deposit down in may on a 42'x100' and can not get ahold of anybody

Here is a link to Silver Stream Shelter's home page. It lists the Phone numbers for the US part and the Canadian parent company.

There are others out there that are saying they can't get delivery on pre-paid buildings. So yours is not the only one.

I bought one at the nfms in Louisville in Feb. Was told it would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. I got it in May. I have been happy with the quality and ease of assembly. Two of us had the pony walls up one day, which had nothing to do with the barn company. Myself and three friends had the hoops up and the cover one in one day. I have helped some neighbors put up other brands and this one was easier to set up. I called a couple of times about delivery and each time I was offered a refund if I wanted out of the deal. The problem was that Kentucky is so far from the factory, they wanted a truck load before they delivered, which I understand. I am happy with it and I would buy another from them. Mine is 30' by 72'. If anyone wants to see it assembled, they are welcome to come look.

well I have been calling I get no answer my lawyer has been on it for 6 weeks . I was hoping to get some answers at thier booth at empire farm days but couldn't find them

Rusted are you just calling the ND numbers??? The link lists the home factory and dealers in other states. I would start calling any and all of them and see if you can get any kind of answers.

I bought one of their wood hoop structures when they first came out, probably about 15 years ago. I know for a fact that the owner can be a real axx if you have trouble. The buildings are still standing but following their instruction was not adequate. We had to go back and redo all the purlins. No, I don't want you to come hold my hand, I just wanted a solution before the thing caved in.

Not sure if I'm doing this right or not ( my first post) but I have had a down payment on 2 buildings for 2 years now with the Canadian distributor in altona and haven't seen a single piece delivered yet, I keep getting the old "next week" story . It was too wet to prep the site last year so I didn't push too hard but this year I could have done the install but had nothing to install !!!! Just phoned for a refund and he seemed to think that I should pay a restocking fee or wait till he resold them !!! TWO YEARS to deliver !!!!!! sorry for the rant but buyer beware in this case

We ordered a fabric building like that about two years ago from WeatherPort. The shipping took about two weeks and we worked with a local contractor to get it installed once it arrived. It went up pretty quickly and it seems to be holding up really well so far. We may be buying another one next year.
