40x60 with 12ft frist floor and gambrell trusses 20 x60 with 8ft ceiling upstars in NJ,,backfilling it this weekend,,not trying to sound like a building salesman but want to pass on what I think is a great deal 30000 bucks got prices form 41 to 57000 these amish guys form PA were very meticulous

cdv, that is exacly the size and type of barn that i would like to build. Could you tell me a little about it, for 30000 what all did this include, concrete ,type of sideing, roof was it wired or insulated was the up staires finish, what type of doors and windows and how many. Was the upstaires just 20x60 I would have thought it would be bigger, the only reason I have not gotten a estimate I figure it would cost about 50000. Sorry for all the question put this is my dream barn for the past couple of years. I would like to add a apartment upstaires. If you could would you email me and send some picture.

I'm glad you got a good crew !
I'm in Ohio and so far the Amish crews I managed to end up with were not very good at all ! I must of got the rejects from your company ? LOL.
