Are you still seeing your girl friend,I enjoy reading your post about you and her.I sometimes get jealous because of her enjoying your tractors and life style.My wife could care less about my tractors.

There is a wide difference between girl friend and wife. When a girlfriend becomes a wife and isn't hunting anymore, things will change dramatically. Your wife is normal.
 
My wife of 42 years hates it if I sell a tractor. She has done her share of using one tractor to pull me out of mud when I am stuck with another tractor and equipment.

Jimmy, my wife is like yours, she doesn't care about the tractors. She once asked me why I waste my time with them, I asked her why she wastes her time with her hobbies. She doesn't really realize they keep the driveway clean, the roadside mowed, and help haul firewood or pull out my stuck wood hauler, usually by myself.
I feel for ya buddy.
 
Yep!! We are still happily together!

Are we in "love"? Don't know. I do know that I can't go more than a day without seeing her! We both have very strong feelings for each other for sure. Not really thinking about the future for now. We both care about each other, and are just enjoying our time together.

She likes the tractors, and accepts them as being a large part of my life, but she doesn't REALLY have a lot of interest in them! She does like the Farmall C's though, and was pretty pleased to see another one brought home yesterday!
 
I guess the reason my wife doesn't like my tractors is there mostly hand cranks and steel wheels,she has refused to try to drive one

I must be the luckiest guy around. My wife is right in the big middle of my tractor interests.

We go to the Western Minnesota Steam Threshers reunion in Minnesota almost every year at Labor Day. Also we go to Florida every winter to the Flotida Flywheelers Show near Avon Park, Fl.

But then I do the things with her that she has interests in.

I feel blessed even more today.
 
Bryce, check out the "birthday" c below. You should fix one of the C's just for her, maybe not the same color. May luck be with you, joe
 
Yaaaaaaa.... I saw the PINK C Mike restored... Beautiful tractor, but Casey's favorite color is already RED, so why change?! She already knows Farmalls are the best!! :p
 
My wife like tractors too.She enjoys our tractor 'activities'(shows,rides,pulls....) She hates it when I sell one.She even has her own Super C. Loves to rake with 'Chloe' and 'Roxie'(IH #15 rake). Yep,she named em! lol

It's a good sign that she told you how she really feels, even if it might not be what you want to hear.
 
Old Bob- Studies show that putting the terms "wife" and "big middle" in the same sentence is probably hazardous to your health. . . Just sayin'. . .
 
James to put my nose where it don't belong , my wife was a lot like yours for years , she one how to drive a tea tor but would not but I borrowed a friend's new tractor for her to help me with hay one year and she now has her own tractors . Note the s more than one and adding she has an SA farmall , B farmall, and is working me over about a 340 she wants.
