What does CIH call their service program????

I was talking to a fellow that is a CIH follower and neither of us knew what CIH calls their computer service program. Example is JD calls theirs Service Advisor. So what does CIH call theirs???

CNH calls there's ASSIST.

I think Case's ASSIST would be similar to Deere's DTAC. While Case does have a computer service tool, I don't think it is an equal to Service Advisor. SA is a very powerful tool in the hands of someone that knows how to use it. The problem is finding that person.

Which is odd, because the CIH dealer here won't assist you in any way. And I am a RED guy through and through. I had to go with green to have good support. They have been very good to me. I think I have an opportunity to pick up a nice low hour 1086 this week. I'm excited to have a larger red tractor back. It's been a lot of years.

I can remember before all this computer service stuff Deere actually had a service person come to the dealership on a regular schedule. Those guys knew their stuff !

Some company service reps knew their stuff. In later years, the main requirement was that piece of paper from a college. Ever try to convince one of those guys that a self aligning sealed bearing with a eccentric inner race was actually the way they are supposed to be made. Or have a letter sent to district office, saying we had a bad attitude because we were complaining about a particular problem we were having that we knew all the other dealers were having a problem also.

What does CIH call their service program????
