Took down this house this week for the county. Previous owners sued county for not providing adequate drainage to keep house from flooding.

Ron, I can't believe it is dry enough down there to work. Up here, you would sink into the ground even with that machine.

Perfectly good house just a little black mold.

Concrete driveway and garage slab holding everything up. You can't even walk across the yard.

So, did the people lose it, did the county buy it, or what?

People on right the house sits higher. The people on the left didn't sue they just left and bank took it back, it's for sale.
