I bought a White 2-62 loader and backhoe a while back and am finally getting time to work on it. So far, I only replaced a hose on the backhoe for $48. The cylinder for the bucket is leaking a steady stream of oil out of the top of the cylinder from the tube that carries oil to the bottom end of the cylinder. The tube appears to have a bend in it, PO must have hit something with it. The book says there is an o-ring and washer on each end plus a spring on the top end. I'm guessing you have to push tube against spring to get it out of the bottom end to replace the O-rings. Any ideas on getting the tube to move against the spring? Vise grips and a hammer come to mind, any better suggestions? Can a small bend it the tube cause it to leak around the o-ring? Can you buy new steel tube and make a new one if necessary? Any help or guidance appreciated. Chris
