I am looking at a 1967 Ford 2000 Gas burner in good condition. Can you tell me a value that I can go by on this tractor?

My far-less-than-expert opinion is: if it's truly in good condition (low hours, good engine, good tires, good metal, good paint, good tight steering, etc.) and it is capable of doing everything you ask it to do, then it is worth whatever you are willing to pay for it. It doesn't matter what its "consensus" value might be. Personally, I'd love to have a good one like it, and if I found one, I'd probably go as high as $4k. If I had deeper pockets I might even go higher. Everything's relative to circumstances.

power steering?

twin stick 6 or 8 tranny?

live pto / dual clutch?

Details matter.

As said, I agree with the other poster. A good running, even basic 4 speed, non live, non ps 3000 should be worth in the 3000-4000$ range... even a gasser.

Make that a good diesel, with ps, and 8spd/dual clutch, and you can hit 4500$

I am a little more of an expert and I would estimate it's value between $1500 and $2500 in todays market.

NOT so here in Tennessee , not many bring anywhere close to the 4 thousand range , more like the 2 thousand figure and yes I know have been selling and dealing tractors for over 35 years and no biase against fords. just facts.. NOT what folks are ASKING for their tractors but what tractors actually sell for is what really matters. Just not enough folks wanting to buy that kind of tractor.. The market has moved up to little late model diesel tractors.

That wouldn't buy a decent 8N where I'm at, although you could get something worn out for that.

if its a 4 speed, little of nothing.. if its the 8 speed, a whole bunch... as its a worker. Makes a huge difference down here. I cant give away 4 speeds and takes 3 years to get rid of them. 8 speeds go fast at 3000 to 4500 easily. Power steering helps but not nearly as important as the transmission setup.
